This development results from the reconstruction of a dwelling that originated in 1874.
The rehabilitation followed a rigorous requalification project, which respecting the architectural design of the Douro and using the most advanced methods and technologies, created a space of excellence and comfort. With contemporary decoration and architectural design, the house offers four bedrooms with river view, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, leisure and games room, with fireplace, balconies, swimming pool, and several terraces in the garden, all overlooking the river with a private pier.
Designed to be enjoyed on weekends and weeks by families, groups of friends, and small groups of tourists, the common areas have terraces and river views, appealing to water sports and leisure or even parties in total privacy, in harmony with the beauty of this wonderful kingdom, with its aromas and flavors.
If you reach out, it will look like you can touch the vines on the opposite bank of the river. This is because Casa do Rolapipas is integrated in a rural environment next to the Douro River. The surrounding area is landscaped and has both automobile and pedestrian paths, including parking areas.
